- Your referral must be a new customer for Citrus-O that is not currently in the Citrus-O data-base (unique address, phone number and email).
- You may refer as many people as you like.
- Your submitted referrals will be processed within two (2) business days of submission.
- After processing, you will receive an email notifying you of how many of your referrals are valid new potential clients.
- Referral Agent’s submission must be processed before Referral bookings are made in order to count towards the the Referral Agent’s record.
- Cleaning appointments for referral bookings must be made through the Citrus-O Call Centre. All reservations are subject to space availability and current minimum charge.
- You the Referral Agent will earn 100 Bonus AIR MILES® reward miles for valid NEW clients who book and complete a cleaning with Citrus-O within 90 days after you submit their info.
- Your referral will also earn 100 Bonus AIR MILES® reward miles after completion of a cleaning service within 90 days of the referral. Becoming a Citrus-O customer now qualifies them to be a Referral Agent and earn reward miles fast.
- Not valid on furnace & duct cleaning.
- Not valid for referrals who are already past Citrus-O clients.
- Not valid retroactively – the program start date is November 1, 2013.
- When your valid referral completes their cleaning, you will receive email notification.
- Generally, it takes 6-12 weeks for your AIR MILES® reward miles to appear in your Collector account after the Referral’s cleaning is complete. You’ll notice your transaction history is updated regularly on www.airmiles.ca

- The Citrus-O Referral Program is currently available in the Lower Mainland, the Fraser Valley (Abbotsford, Chilliwack & Hope), the Okanagan Valley, Squamish/Whistler, Nanaimo, and the greater Victoria area. If you live outside of these areas or intend to make referrals that live outside of these areas, Citrus-O cannot guarantee service.
